Hey Roger, just a thought...you might want to consider firing the lawyer who advised you up to this point (getting your ass arrested) and pay someone else to represent you. Crazy, I know, but having "yes men" surround you right now probably isn't the best idea.

From what I can gather, they plan to prove that he lied based on the word of a couple other people. I don't get how that works, and I certainly don't see how it's worth having this kind of hearing over unless they have more concrete evidence.
