Tempted by option 2, but I went with option 3. Regression for sure. And replacement at some point, though it may be temporary.

Oh, man, your avatar is awesome! AWESOME! I'm not gonna use it on this site, but I am definitely stealing it.Eephus Speed wrote:Tempted by option 2, but I went with option 3. Regression for sure. And replacement at some point, though it may be temporary.

Damn man. I know he ended badly but after a season like that he's suddenly being replaced the next year? Only one person voted that he'd be good. I put acceptable. I don't think he can duplicate last season. He's another year older and I think he lost a little bit of confidence. He doesn't have amazing stuff, he just has a ton of average pitches that he can confuse you with. I really hope Motte kicks him out of the job because he's pitching too well. I really like him for some reason.

This pretty well sums up my opinion on the matter.Gantz wrote:I really hope Motte kicks him out of the job because he's pitching too well. I really like him for some reason.

I think we'll have a new closer by June 1.

I really hope Chris Perez takes over the role mid-season.

Yeah, I had been wanting to make that my avatar for a while. I finally got around to asking for help in making it an acceptable size (I'm not too tech savvy). Thanks goes out to Tam Man for helping me out.skmsw wrote:Oh, man, your avatar is awesome! AWESOME! Yours too!!! My Dad has triples of that card -- one is framed and hanging in his study.Radbird wrote:+++ I was thinking the same thing.skmsw wrote:Oh, man, your avatar is awesome! AWESOME!
