True, I wonder if the Cards would be willing to pay that kind of money if Buerhle has another year like 2005. They have the money to do so.

If he has another 2005 season I see him getting closer to 4/50. A Marquis or Weaver (first half) brings it more to a 3/30-36

If I was the Cards, I think I would pay it. I would love to have 2 lefties in the rotation in 2008.
