Edwin Jackson is pitching well for the Nats this year. Had a 3.11 era before tonight, and he has thrown 7 innings tonight with 1 run allowed. He'd be nice to have on the roster about now.

In addition to Jackson pitching well again tonight in Toronto, that game included:
Bot 1st: Toronto
- C. Rasmus homered to deep right
Top 8th: Washington
- R. Ankiel homered to deep left center

After the awful start, Rasmus has reverted into the pretty decent player that so frustrated the hell out of us.

Rasmus murdered that home run ball. But I see in him a lot more of English BoB and a lot less of Bill Munny.
