Is there any other sport where the coach/manager wears the uniform of that sport? I honestly don't know but I can't think of any.

I agree it's pretty silly having the managers and coaches wear uniforms. Is it a rule that they have to or just a custom? Doesn't Jim Leyland wear a wind breaker/pullover thing instead of the jersey?
