I'll go w/ the present one, followed by the 29-48, then the 67-97

I'd love to see this on a uni somewhere, even if it's just a BP jersey.

I grew up with 67-97, and voted for that even though I'll be the first to admit it looks dated today.
The current logos are great. Classic look for a classic franchise.
And I agree with JL, it'd be nice to use that alternate Birds-on-a-Bat logo every once in a while. Perhaps Sunday road games.

I like 67-97, puffed-out chest, iconic graphics of the design. but it's what I grew up with, so I'm biased.

Aren't 1922 and 1929 the same?

I may be one of the youngest people on this board at 24. I'm surprised to find I'm the only one whose voted for the "Original" original logo. It's not the birds on the bat, but it's bold, simple, and easily recognized. I wish we'd bring that logo back on the Sunday home hats.

yes. the intervening logo was in honor of the '26 team's WS win.Leroy wrote:Aren't 1922 and 1929 the same?
I'm not sure how accurate this site is, though. I seem to remember seeing pictures where the birds were leaning in more and almost touching beaks on the 20s uniforms and then still leaning in but wider apart by the time the Gashouse Gang was wearing the logo.
could be wrong.
