Tony LaRussa - stay or go ?

Post by Spider John »

Whaddya think?

We've won a lot of games with TLR, and we may not appreciate him like we should. I think I'd like him back, but wouldn't cry if he left.

I hope he stays, but i also fear change.

I guess maybe i am more concerned with Duncan leaving, which i believe he will do if LaRussa leaves.

I think there are capable replacements for LaRussa, but i'm not sure with Duncan.

What do i know though, i just post here.

Part of me is even more afraid of the unknown. LaRussa has been making really odd decisions at a higher rate this year, but there are a lot of really [expletive] managers out there.

He knows how to put together a winner. I get tired of some of his seemingly crazy moves, but in the years he has been the manager I have always felt the Cards had a very good chance to win every night. I would hate to see that go.

I think he is a bad manager. I hope he leaves.

After this year is all said in done, I think Tony belongs in Cooperstown and not St. Louis.

Wheres the option: "I am indifferent because managers do not really affect a team's performance to a huge degree and people are just looking for a scapegoat reason for recent failures."

Imagine the press conference if Larussa left on a sour note.
