Guess it's good I dropped him from my fantasy team yesterday. Can't have a player disrespecting the manager's heritage.

"New York police detective Joseph Cavitolo said Delmon Young is also accused of making "anti-Semitic remarks" during his arrest Friday morning.
Cavitolo said the outfielder faces an "aggravated harassment hate crime" charge and will be processed through central booking later Friday for an incident that occurred outside the Tigers' team hotel in New York. The charge is a misdemeanor, and although Young seems unlikely to serve any jail time, it's possible he could face a suspension from MLB and/or the Tigers. The incident occurred exactly six years after Young was suspended for throwing his bat at an umpire in a Triple-A game. "

I have him in multiple leagues between his performance and me being a member of the tribe he now has 2 strikes against him.

If he was in the NFL he would be suspened for 1/4 of the season. This being MLB and a stronger union, I don't remember any alcohol related issues (DWIs) resulting in suspensions. I dont know of a lot of non-performance enhancing drug suspensions that are from off the field issues.
