Daddies

Post by lambeausouth »

I just wanted to stop bye after our first series of the season and congratulate you guys on kicking our butts in every way possible. The Cardinals are our daddies. I'd have been here sooner, but I'm sure you guys will understand why I wasn't feeling too chatty watching my team do it's best Benny Hill impersonation.

The Brewers running around like a bunch of giggling girls.

It kills me that you've got a good skipper in Mike Metheny, and the leaders of our organization, Doug Melvin and Ron Roenicke drive to Miller Park every day in a little clown car.

I tip my hat to you, redbird fans. You guys have a first class organization from top to bottom, and your minor league system pretty much blows ours out of the water, too. I look forward to watching Oscar Taveras trot around the bases for many years to come. God, won't that be fun. :(

Good luck with your next series.

Thanks lambeau, sorry (not not too sorry!) about the tough series for you guys. Btw, we are always accepting new members on the bandwagon!

The Cards barely got away with victories on Thursday and Saturday, especially on Thursday; I don't think that series was as lopsided as it looked.

Keep posting when you're ready, Lambeau. Good luck against the rest of the NL.
