Steverino is nothing if not accountable. So although there were no stakes attached to my friendly wager, I have nevertheless amended my signature accordingly --

To be fair Steverino, you only know less than 85% of the "voting" forum.

(chuckle) you're kind. But there are about 225 forum members with 10 or more posts, and there were around 65 votes. Obviously not a scientific poll or random sample, but probably reasonably reflective . . .

Is this right? From August 11 to September 30, Duncan had only 139 AB's?

Oh, and one of the top five priorities in the offseason should be trading him.

I'll double up. Even though I think it is a closer bet.

143, not 139, but yes. Keep in mind he sat v. a lot of LHP's. Spread out over a full year, he'd have had 482 AB's (at the rate of AB's he got from 8/11 until the end of year).

Bump

Hey Steve - on to happier subjects, like baseball arguments.

The season is a week away. Do we get a new wager on Duncan?
