I would start him Thursday. Even if he can only pitch 3 innings, it's better than Masterson. You can always piggy back Lyons and Martinez.

Thing is, he'd be going on only 3 days' rest. It might be better to start Gonzalez or Lyons instead, since each would have four days' rest. Besides, Langosch's article suggests that they might have Wacha start one of Memphis' playoff games as part of his rehab.dmarx114 wrote:I would start him Thursday. Well let's hope he's ok at least. I don't expect him to be Wacha playoffs good.

Article says they're hoping for 40-50 pitches and maybe 4 innings if possible, with Marco first man out of the bullpen.
