If we lose any game - I have the remote in my hand during the second out, getting prepared to turn it the moment I know that the 3rd out is seconds away. Within less than half a second of the 3rd out, I change the channel.

So, no. I would not watch the celebration.

I do this too, doc. And I don't watch MLBN the next day either. I just take a break.

Same. TV is off instantaneously.

Good point.

At first, I was agreeing with Gashouse. But like you, Rad and JoD, I immediately turn it off and avoid highlight shows and talk radio.

The Dodgers just left when the Cards won tonight. Some players remained.

I was kind of hoping Mo would walk over to Kershaw during the celebration last night, put his arm around him and say, "Hey buddy, it's okay. Why don't you come hang out with us tonight." Then at the end of the night, hand Clayton a pre-written letter to the Dodgers demanding a trade to the Cardinals.

Anyway, I'd like to think I'd stay and watch from the dugout. Whether it's motivating or not, I don't know, but it's still something special to experience up close. I remember at G6 of the 11WS in a moment of weakness I thought, if we lose this thing, do I stay and watch the Rangers' celebration? I figured, painful as it would have been, that I would stay just because I want to see what its like. Thankfully that was never a choice I had to make.
