I wondered why his Twitter account had gone silent for such a long period of time. I assumed he was writing a book. Sorry to hear that. And I agree: 54 is too young.

Unbelievable....I was consistently annoyed at Strauss but this is horrible. Just horrible.

the PD has lost a lot of talented writers over the past year...burwell, Bernie and now Strauss.

Regardless of what an ass Strauss was towards people on Twitter, he was a pretty damn good writer.

I haven't listened to too much stl sports radio over the last couple years, but I always enjoyed his segments when he came on.
