Cards are in the group with the highest spending pool, but it shouldn't come as any surprise that they aren't linked to any of the top prospects.
Meanwhile, the yankees have inked the top international prospect (the cards did come in second place though!)
Not alot has really been written about alot of them, but the guy the yankees signed has drawn mike trout-like comparisons. Time will tell i suppose.
