Pithy remark aside...KHGV was, if not the best poster on here, damn close. I legitimately looked forward to his posts and threads, and his combination of knowledge, wisdom, passion, and storytelling ability was rare. He managed to make every post feel as if he was carrying on a friendly conversation with you. My heart sank a little when I saw the thread title, because I knew it couldn't be good news.

Thank you for letting us know and I'm sorry for your loss. Like so many others have said here, I always enjoyed reading his stories about the Cardinals from before my time. He will be missed.

May seem like a strange place to post this, but seeing that Wally Moon passed and I thought that it would be nice to hear from Knot Hole Gang Vet tell some stories.
