Good chance we end up backing into the playoffs.
Now would be the time to pass them.
Brewers are far from buried though. Not sure who to root for this weekend when they play the Cubs.

I think it's already much more interesting than it was early in the season, and not just because we're so close to contention. A Wild Card doesn't exactly light my hair on fire, but all the young players on this club are fun to watch.

Always root for the team playing against the Cubs.
Brewers beat up on Cubs. Cardinals beat up on Brewers. Do the plan.

Their odds to win the WS are holding strong at a robust 2%. Cubs' chances to win the WS dipped to 5%.

Flipside is losing/splitting either Cubs series probably cooks us.

5-2 we pick up 3 games on the cubs. 4-3 only one, huge difference. I can't see them going worse then 4-3 against Chicago and winning the division.

If they split with the Cubs then they must sweep a couple of the other series against lesser teams. It will be tough.

Cardinals have been playing good lately but its all for not as long as the Rockies, Diamondbacks and Brewers continue to win also.

Cards win the division if they go 19-0!
