Braves placed OF Ronald Acuna on the 10-day disabled list with a mild ACL sprain in his left knee and a lower back contusion.
The Braves will reevaluate Acuna at the end of the 10-day period. Given how scary the injury looked, it's good news under the circumstances, even if there's no clear timetable for his return. Preston Tucker will again move back into a more regular role in the Braves' outfield.

Clearly an unnatural slide designed to take out the catcher. That's a violation of the utley rule.

He's running outside the foul line until the last 10 feet or so when he cuts inside for a takeout when he's clearly going to be out. Also second base/shortstop can at least see the baserunner coming in
