Hudson has been beyond terrible. He should be better than he is. He should be able to limit walks and not give up HR's, but he's doing both in droves. Combined with his lack of K stuff and he's a total disaster on the mound, with the hope that one day he might put it together and improve to mere dumpster fire levels. AW has been a pleasant surprise, but only when you compare him to expectations and the rest of the back half of the rotation. He has not been good. Neither has Wacha. Flaherty and Mikolas are improving, but neither have been what we need them to be to make a deep run. They are capable, though. With Martinez heading to the bullpen and Reyes reminding everyone that he never really had control over where his pitches went (even before his injury), I don't see how the Cards have any choice but to look outside the organization for a starter. Some of us have been saying this since January but the need has never been more obvious. Unfortunately, it will probably be another 2 months before any real help can arrive.Big Amoco Sign wrote:Dakota Hudson sucks bad right now

As long as he gets outs. That was the answer I got yesterday. Twice.

How long will they stick with Gregerson I believe he topped out at 87 M.P.H. yesterday?

CMart in. 7 pitches in his first inning. Fastball up to an easy 95. Slider was the tight.
