The pathetic pantheon of Cecil, Agosto(Disgusto), and Tony Fossas

Brett Cecil is dealing with arm fatigue and a lack of feeling in his left index and middle fingers.

We already knew that Cecil was going to begin the year on the injured list, but now we have some more specifics on the physical issues involved. The southpaw has been having symptoms since his last Grapefruit League appearance on March 10. He's also complained of spasms in his forearm in recent days. He's expected to visit a specialist for more tests, so any potential return date is up in the air right now.

Maybe Matt Bowman spread whatever he had to Cecil.

Choate at least offered comic relief when he wound up on first base and didn't know what to do.
