Headed to the doc because I’m having a serious low back/hip problem. Thanks for asking.

Hope he made it better. I just got back from a 6 hr round trip to see the ortho surgeon that replaced my acl a decade ago or more bc my knee has been bugging me. He gave me a cortisone shot which is the first of my life. Makes me feel old. And hopefully better.

Actually went to doc the other day. This was the Physical Therapist. Finally feel like I might be on the right track.

My issues actually stem from a complete ACL rupture over 15 years ago and the compensating I did in the 3 to 4 years between the injury and the surgery; then continued subsequently. Basically going through a sort of ACL rehab of sorts all over again. Advice: do rehab right the first time. I didn’t and ended up with all sorts of secondary and tertiary issues.

Dang, sounds like a complicated mess. Glad you're headed the right direction.
