so what exactly is the projected ETA of Miller with 3 levels in front of him? Is it 2014 with him being at each level for one year or is it that he finishes next year at AA 2012 AAA and 2013 rotation?

i know nothing.
But I would hope he starts next year with Palm Beach, with an eye towards Springfield by the end of the year 2011. Which i would hope gets him an invite, if he puts up a solid year in AA. With any success, I could see him jump from AA to the MLB by 2012.
Are we still looking for a closer then? I hope not(Samuel and Sanchez). But Waino might could help him ease into the bullpen ala 2006-Waino.
I'd say ETA is sometime during 2013. If he dominates, he could certainly be a late call-up in 2012.
He has a lot of work to do still, but he has made some serious strides already. The difference from his video coming out of high school to the Future Game was quite large. He's got everything you ask for, you just pray for his health, and with babying him taken into consideration, probably a 2013 arrival, or a few innings in 2012.
