He writes for BP, so if there was anything, I bet we'd have to pay for it.
I was being fatuous.
Hence a fatuous answer.

Oof. Which I clearly see now.
I don't know what fatuous means but you guys are being inane.

Best Tools: Utility y Projection (Starters)
Fastball: Carlos Martinez (Cardinals)
TCF: Martinez can dial it up to elite velocity levels, consistently working in the plus-plus range and reaching back for triple digits when necessary. The pitch doesn’t just ride to the plate on the back of velocity; the fastball has late life and explosion, making it even more difficult to square up. With refined command, the offering will stand above the rest, regardless of the role it is deployed in. It’s a monster pitch, an 80-grader in the making.
The Floor
Atlanta Braves: Julio Teheran, Randall Delgado, Arodys Vizcaino

The Ceiling
Pittsburgh Pirates: Jameson Taillon, Gerrit Cole, Luis Heredia

The Stuff
Cardinals: Shelby Miller, Carlos Martinez, Tyrell Jenkins

The Command
Padres: Casey Kelly, Robbie Erlin, Joseph Wieland
Jason Parks BP's Minor League Awards

If they were at the same level, you have to wonder if scouts wouldn't consider Martinez a better prospect than Miller.

And Jenkins keeps showing up in conversations like this.

Most scouts I read say Martinez has a higher ceiling. I see Martinez being compared to Pedro if he figures it out. Shelby Miller more Josh Johnson/Matt Cain.

But a much higher bust factor for Martinez.

I've been saying Matt Cain for a long time with Miller. I don't see ace with him, but rather a solid #2 pitcher. Since there are around 10 aces in my opinion, that's not a knock.

I imagine Miller is a mid-3's career ERA pitcher and has some peak years that are much better than that.
