Piscotty and Wacha?
They were drafted in the first post-Luhnow draft.

Lunhow drafted Lynn, Shelby, Jay, Craig, Maness, Marp, Rosenthal, Jaime, Adams and Wong. He also drafted Ian Kennedy out of HS, but Kennedy didn't sign w/ us.

That's pretty good for a guy didn't get the benefit of picking in the top of the draft too often. Marp in the 13th round and Rosie in the 21st and Jaime in the 22nd and MMGA in the 23rd look like pretty good finds especially.

It's obvious who is pitching well at palm beach
Gomber was getting some love from Sickels:

I got the chance to see Gomber pitch in the mwl playoffs and I was very impressed. Sat 92, commanded fastball and a tight curve. Showed a change with potential. Keep an eye on this guy.

no idea how much cards talk they do but the preview indicates one cardinal
11 Pitchers Throwing 100 MPH In Short-Season Leagues
Baseball’s velocity revolution can be felt at all levels in the game. Where 90 mph used to be an average major league fastball less than 10 years ago, now it’s up to 92 mph, with the trend continuing to push upwards.

The velocity spikes can be felt all the way down to the lowest levels of the minor leagues. In the 2002 Prospect Handbook, there were just two pitchers who could touch 100 mph: Bobby Jenks of the White Sox and Erick Threets of the Giants. This year, between the Rookie-level and short-season leagues alone, there were 11 pitchers who reached 100 mph or higher.

Yes, pitchers obviously need more than a big fastball, but that’s the reason these players are still in the short-season leagues, working to improve their command, repeat their deliveries and sharpen their secondary pitches. Blue Jays righthander Gregory Infante can throw 100 mph, but he has nothing else in his arsenal and spotty command, which is why he has twice signed as a minor league free agent, but also why he keeps getting chances to stick around at age 28.

Between the rookie and short-season leagues, several pitchers had fastballs that ran into the upper-90s: Dylan Cease (Cubs), Franklyn Kilome (Phillies), Antonio Santillan (Reds), Albert Abreu (Astros), Brandon Koch (Rays), Patrick Weigel (Braves), Ryan Helsley (Cardinals), Jordan Johnson (Giants) and Tyler Ferguson (Rangers) were among the righthanders who got into that territory, while lefthanders Luiz Gohara (Mariners), Chase Johnson-Mullins (Braves) and Ryan Hinchley (White Sox) also flirted with that range.
