Arizona Fall League 2016

Post by jack76 »

Hi Folks,

I wanted to start a page where people to post their observations of games from this fall.

I'm looking for some diversion from my Cubbie-loving brothers this October.

Thanks,
Jack

It might have been posted elsewhere, but who do we have that is playing this year?

Thanks! Will be interested to hear how Kelly and Bader do, especially.

sell high on Bader imo.

i may be way off base here, but i envision him being a second half Stephen Piscotty at the big league level

Wow, really? He just finished his first full professional year. Isn't that a bit early to put a ceiling on him? What do you see that leads you to believe there isn't room for growth and improvement?

My concern with him is lack of strike zone judgement.

Gomber leads the league in innings(22) and tied for k's(24). And Jose Martinez will make the 25man this season - doing very well with a couple homers and .400+ avg.
