Sanford made a couple of really nice passes tonight. Thank God Schwartz finally broke the skid.

I'm almost assuredly going to jinx this, but... Paajarvi looks really good right now. I mean when you are winning a lot of guys look good, but the last 10 games or so he may have been our best forward.

Re: 2016-2017 Blues (Hockey) Season
What a frustrating game. The Blues outplayed the Flames IMO and had many more good scoring chances. The Flames got a power play goal on a really dumb call and another goal on a deflection off a skate. The minor league game I attended last night ended with 5 seconds left in OT, then this one ends with 2.5 seconds left. What are the odds of that? It was a fun game though.
This is the 3rd NHL venue I've been to. The others were Chicago and Tampa Bay. I really liked this building more than the other two. The United Center is just enormous, and the 300 level (where I sat) is just too far away. This buulding was similar to Tampa in size but just had a cooler vibe about it.
We missed the stadium tour because we had car trouble. We were lucky to make it down at all.

Its Arizona, but a win is a win. Schwartzy coming alive with 18 goals now. Stastny may be a million and a half overpaid, but he's missed out there on faceoffs and on the powerplay.

Blues can lock up a playoff spot tonight with a point and a Kings loss. Looks like they're going to the playoffs, just a matter of whether it's the Blackhawks or Wild in the first round.

Yup, we are going to go into the playoffs red hot with a great matchup against a slumping Minnesota team, and we are going to lose in 4 or 5 games, I can see it now. And then the Wild will be swept by Chicago.cardinalkarp wrote:They're doing it do us again.
