Even with a cap I think its kind if like baseball where you need to be rich (location in the NBA) or smart and lucky. It is a system where anyone can succeed more than baseball but certain markets have a distinct advantage.

Houston's package of rookies seems way better. Suck with guys who at least could be something decent.

Not sure if this was mentioned already but jesus

Kobe's wife:

"I certainly would not want to be married to somebody that can't win championships. If you're sacrificing time away from my family and myself for the benefit of winning championships, then winning a championship should happen every single year."

Sounds like a pretty good pair to me.

So who get's their heart ripped out next in this vicious cycle?

Not that fans matter to David 'Captain Dickhead' Stern, but here's last year's attendances:

With apologies to a community member here, New Orleans would have been perfect before they were sold to that crazy man.

It's understood. Benson and the Unibrow are enough to keep the team from moving though. Is the situation in Sacramento still upside down? What about Memphis?

New Orleans has sold a ton of season tickets already. I could see the Bobcats or Kings going.

I think if that was going to happen, they wouldn't be putting out feelers to Long Beach and Virginia Beach, which they've been doing. But yeah, you'd think that would be where the Maloofs want to be.
