Neither boxer seemed particularly drained after the fight.

I'd say ZZZZZZZZZZZZ, but I don't want to disrespect sleep.

That was boring.

I'm just glad that they won't be allowed to have any more boxing matches until 2100, if I'm understanding correctly.

He's a defensive specialist and pointer...definitely not a fighter.

He understands the bounds of boxing and exploits it. No flash but insanely efficient.

He's boring, and boxing needs some flash...fast.

Have you seen The Pride Of Omaha Nebraska, Terrence Crawford?

Most PPV buys happen in the last hour, and all the systems were getting flooded. They pushed the fight 45 minutes later to get those buys in.

I read a thing on Dedspin that the bar pricing was based on seats. It was roughly $32/seat, and got just a tad less expensive the more seats you have. 200 seats cost $6,500. 500 seats cost $15,500.

Yeah, something like $30 x occupancy is what I heard. BPV paid like $28k.

We started a bachelor party one night at a Twin Peaks not knowing that the MAyweather/crazy guy that just tried to pummel mayweather to death fight was about to come on. After eating and drinking a [expletive], they wanted to charge us a $10 cover. The manager came over and basically said he was expecting to hit occupancy and was paying somewhere around $20/person for the fight. Even though we were eating and drinking, they had cordoned off a section that could hold about 20 people for the 15 of us. Yada yada yada, we gave him $5/person and he was good with it. All in all, our bill was well over $1k total, so I ddidn't feel bad. But....I was glad he came over and explained why he had to do it. Had we not been told that, we'd have probably felt like we were getting jobbed.
