Crazy, especially with Perron out, who had been a bright spot.

I didn't honestly believe anything like this stretch was coming but I was saying from the very beginning that the Blues have tended to start out hot and fade at the end to either miss the playoffs or flame out early so maybe switching things up and being terrible at the start would not be a bad thing. Glad that I've stuck with that view because it is paying off right now. Hopefully it pays off in the end.

I was really just trying to talk myself into still enjoying the games and giving myself a reason to not give up when every indication was that I should have. At least by not completely giving up around Christmas (and I was close), I can keep pointing back to what I had been saying since the start and am now REALLY enjoying this stretch of hockey.

Oh, the fall this playoff season is going to be a glorious, tragic, one that rips the beating heart from the scarred cheers of Blues fans.

Wouldn't be the first time but after missing out to a StanK owned team in the final game last year... I'll take it one more time and be happy. Apparently I like punishment when it comes to the Blues.
