They were o.k. for one night. A season of them would get unbearable.

Man. One point our of a possible four in a home-and-home series against a struggling Trashville team. That stings. Last nights game was a valiant effort to claw back into it and tie it but man oh man do we miss Tarasenko.

Yup. Tank opens up so much ice for other guys even when he isn't scoring.

If the team can just hang in there and be in the playoff hunt, I see a trade for a scoring line player on an ending contract towards the deadline.

The puck soup guys say that Tarasenko isn’t coming back this season

And now Kostin has injured his shoulder in his first game back in San Antonio, too.

This season is starting to feel cursed.

And just tonight... Sunqvuist leaves the game and doesn't return after scoring two goals. Looked like he did something to his knee. He couldn't be weight on it going into the bench and then the lockerroom.

UGH

A couple of nice wins against Dal and Pit in back to back games.

Allen has had some great games lately. Being a backup really sees to suit him.

And now Allen shuts out CHI in their barn. It was a glorious dismantling of the fukkhawks. Their crowd was never in it. Even in the second period it was so quiet you could almost make out individual conversations from the stands over the broadcast. And despite the fact they had 30+ shots on goal, they never seemed to control play and had very few high danger chances. I can't remember such domination of a CHI team.

I gotta admit though, the CHI all black throw back unis were really f'in sweet.

Not a fan of Chicago in the black uniforms. It's the Blackhawks. I have watched them in red and white as the main color on their jersey every time they play the Blues for as much of my life as I can remember. It just isn't the same in those all black uniforms. Just like I don't want to see the Blues in anything similar. I'm too stupid to figure out who's who and adjust before the game is halfway over.
