Do the black tacos have bigger shells or is that just a myth I heard from other black tacos?

It's just a myth stemming from the lack of size change between hard black tacos and soft black tacos.

I have a dvd that has a few chapters with black tacos. One is even black taco on black taco. I usually skip those chapters.

I think they found the skeletal remains of a taco shell much smaller than the ones we have today. Through carbon dating and DNA extraction they have found similar traits shared with all tacos of different cultures.
There is also the Taco of Babel theory of cultural dispersion, in which a supreme deity, angry about the arrogant, ziggurat-like Taco of Babel reaching up into the heavens, destroyed the Taco of Babel, and created thousands of different, confusing taco recipes that spread around the globe.

I think my theory and yours could possibly work together and give us a complete picture of how tacos have become what they are today...

Some are adorned with lots of lettuce, some with none and all variations in between.
