For three years a friend of mine in Chicago worked underneath the woman in charge of "social media strategy" at a major national advertising agency. My friend had to set up her Facebook page for her because she couldn't figure out how. Not only that, but any time her boss wanted to print an email my friend had to do it because her boss didn't know how to do that either.
