I do have that gut feeling about Kander. I think Harris, Gillibrand, or Warren are the best bets in terms of experience and positions, and I think there’s rightly a lot of energy behind women candidates right now. Harris might also energize black voters. Gillibrand would probably get my vote because she’s been out in front on a lot of important issues lately. But Kander has an ability to connect that reminds me of Obama and an ability to explain principles that doesn’t come off as preachy. I do wonder if this is just me being comfortable with a male candidate, but there’s really not another male candidate I can think of that seems compelling. I like Bernie’s positions, but I think he’s lacking in some imprtant areas.

Not that I have anything against older folks but 79, 77, 71 will be the ages on Election Day 2020 for the first three listed.
