Things are getting kind of nuts. To recap: the tanks are brought out to intimidate protesters but not armed guys who take federal land.

Quote:
Earlier in the day, heavily armed police officers clad in riot gear and equipped with SWAT trucks closed in on the demonstrators, demanding that they remove the blockade they had set up on the highway. The Morton County Sheriff's Department told ABC News today that protesters had also set tires on fire.

The armed guys on a ranch were patriots my friend. These protesters are damn dirty liberals who hate freedom.

No, by the cops after threating violence and then reaching in to his jacket when he was told to surrender after a car chase.

Yeah, it sounds like the officers were tracking 2 different vehicles, and flash-bang grenades were used, as well as gas projectiles. Pretty intense.
