I didn't see the segment but I'm very familiar with José Andrés. His restaurants are all over the DC area, they're very well-regarded (I've only been to one, but it was great), and people in the city love him for his humanitarian efforts and for standing up to Lord Sh*tweasel over their restaurant venture in his hotel or whatever. (Andrés backed out after the first wave of immigration comments came out)
