JFC, looks like he's in a video game. That could have been really really [expletive] bad, or at least possibly with a death toll high enough to make news.

Tell me again how this guy's right to cosplay terrorist outweighs the public's right to not get murdered.

Just a hunch that the Founders didn't have LARPing in mind with 2nd Amendment rights.

NRA TV is no more. Sounds like this is due as much to internal mismanagement and chaos as anything outside. And low viewership.

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/06/25/us/n ... queen.html

Quote:
While NRATV may continue to air past content, its live broadcasting will end and its on-air personalities — Ackerman employees including Dana Loesch — will no longer be the public faces of the N.R.A. It remained unclear whether the N.R.A. might try to hire some of those employees, but there was no indication it was negotiating to do so.

Quote:
The development is the latest in what has been a tumultuous year for the N.R.A. It has struggled to right its finances; faced investigations in Congress and by Letitia James, the New York attorney general; and witnessed a leadership struggle that pitted Oliver North, the N.R.A.’s former president, against Mr. LaPierre. Last week, The Times reported that the N.R.A. had suspended Christopher W. Cox, its longtime second-in-command, after a legal filing by the N.R.A. implicated him in a failed plot to oust Mr. LaPierre. Mr. Cox has strongly rejected such allegations.

N.R.A. officials had grown leery of the cost of creating so much live content for NRATV, which was started in 2016, and wondered whether it was worth the return on its investment. The site’s web traffic was minuscule, with 49,000 unique visitors in January, according to a report provided by Comscore.

True. But anyone who thinks Dana Loesch is going away is a fool.

We'll see. I think there's a chance she goes away. Maybe she'll end up on Fox. Where else would she go? I guess she could freelance on Twitter.

She’ll go away like Freddy Krueger went away.

I'm always amazed how the the market for conservative personalities seems bottomless. Going back to way before Trump. I think I could probably name 40-50 conservative hosts and media personalities off the top of my head and I'm struggling to come up with more than 7-8 people who are liberal or left political personalities you might see with any frequency. I suppose conservatives would count actors and people like Colbert or late night hosts who now focus on Trump a lot. But prior to Trump most of those guys didn't talk much about politics outside Colbert and Stewart.
