And BTW, I'd trade Nancy Pelosi for people working closely with labor unions and those who would stand up to monied interests. If they will. You never know how the rhetoric will change once anyone is walking the halls of power.

Republicans on Twitter yesterday: "Conor Lamb is a baby-murdering Pelosi-lover who's going to take away your tax cut and your guns!"

Republicans on Twitter today: "Conor Lamb is a pro-life Pelosi-hater who agrees with 80% of Trump's platform! This is a loss for Democrats!"

Great line:
Quote:
On Monday, for example, Conor Lamb was a wild-eyed "libtard" who was going to let undocumented immigrant doctors perform abortions on your 10-year-old daughter in the middle of a mass gay wedding in Greene County. On Wednesday, according to those same Republicans, Conor Lamb was basically Mark Meadows in Democratic drag. Are the Republicans pretty well and truly fcked up as a party right now? Signs point to “Yes.”

Lamb could have some fun using those as endorsements in the next primary.

I suppose you could say that's one way Trump is helping to drain the swamp.

Wait - there's 50 House members retiring? Wow. I knew it was a lot but that's pretty nuts. Still 7.5 months to go before election day.
