Wow, just take a look at IL's court website. They even have a tab labeled e-business. Disclaimer - I have no issue with the state of IL. Was just trying to look up a case.

At least they also specify traffic and conservation tickets. The wording is still pretty bad and borderline unintentionally hilarious. The reason it isn't absolutely hilarious is because I have a feeling that if some members of the current administration had their way the only option for any charge or citation would be E-Guilty.
