You aren't wrong. I wasn't all that impressed. I like some of their music (actually, the stuff that's not released to radio is their best stuff), but their show was......... pretty lame.

Jeremy Camp opened for them, and he was actually far more entertaining.

Regardless, it was a fun get-away day for me and my wife. Wickedly hot....... but fun.

Camp was def one of my favorites when i was younger. Glad to hear he's still kickin it :P

There have been many instances of late where Christian leaders could have reflected Christ's love to others and have been the embodied of the Gospel and dropped the ball. I hope this isn't one.

I'm late to the party, but a reminder that Trump's supporters are much more likely to claim to be Christian and then not have any outward proof of that, like church attendance: viewtopic.php?p=1736119#p1736119

There's plenty to criticize Christians for when it comes to that support or tacit approval of his administration, but the biggest cheerleaders of Trump tend to be folks who aren't Christian in any way except for how they fill out a form.

I was going to refer to them as Cultural Christians but apparently that has come to mean the opposite.
Not sure if there is a tag for those who identify culturally as Christians but espouse little or no Christian values.

Jack-Christians? Mormons use the term Jack-Mormons.

I’ve met and talked to a jack Mormon before. My understanding was it meant a lapsed Mormon.

We are referring here to people who claim “Christianity” for their own but certainly don’t show much compassion etc, you know, the Jesus stuff.

I think a lot of these "Christian" Trump supporters mistake being straight, White and not wanting to think for themselves with being Christian.

Does it matter whether it's "real" or "fake" Christians doing the most cheerleading? Those votes all count the same.

It matters demographically, sociologically, when we are trying to figure out how it is possible that 80% of christian evangelicals or whatever the number is supports this madness. As alluded, it matters a lot if the 80% comes from people who go to church or people who check a box. It matters in how we need to analyze what we can do about our religious institutions.
