Make your long posts count by sometimes making shorter ones.

There's a political angle here, I think:

Along the Mississippi River in Illinois lives an unusual family of six bald eagles. Two males and one female are caring for three eaglets — with the world watching on a livestream.

The two males, Valor I and Valor II, and the female, Starr, have been together since 2017, in the backwaters of the Upper Mississippi River National Wildlife and Fish Refuge.

Fun fact: bald eagles aren't born with white feathers; they don't appear until they're fully grown (around 5-6 years old).

Also, my company has several bird cams at our power plants in Minnesota and Colorado that are available on livestreams to the general public - bald eagles, peregrine falcons, owls, and kestrels. We have peregrine falcon nesting boxes here on site that have been active for many years and usually fledge 3-4 eggs a year.

Honestly, it's very cathartic to pull up a live feed and watch bald eagles or peregrine falcons just chilling out and/or raising babies. Although when they puke up food into their babies' mouths to feed them it's kinda gross. Here's the site if anyone is interested: https://birdcam.xcelenergy.com/

Just this year it became mobile device friendly, too.
