I registered as "undeclared" (NH version of independent). In a primary, you can choose either a Republican, Democratic or Libertarian ballot, becoming a registered member of that party unless you fill out a card or sign a list to return to undeclared status before leaving the polling place.

My choice will depend on circumstances - where my vote can do the most good. If there is a preferred Dem candidate and the race is wide open, then I'll vote for them. If there is a chance to primary Trump, then I might grab a GOP ballot. Just gotta remember to switch back when I'm done.

[expletive] the Republicans if they renominate Trump. The Dems have their own sorting out to do. And if Trump makes it past a primary and wins a second term, this country deserves him.

Trump isn't an exception to modern conservatism. He is modern conservatism stripped of it's ivy league patina of respectability with only it's heartless, foolish fundamental essence remaining. Any repudiation of Trump needs to be done outside of the influence of modern conservatism.

Yes, would vote Kasich in a heartbeat. He's boring and a bit goofy but I think he would help unify.

No because Trump is the symptom of a much bigger GOP problem. I will never vote for anyone with an R by their name ever again.

Weirdly, I don't think I would vote against Trump in a GOP primary. But I think I would vote against Steve King in a GOP primary if I had the chance. National politics are just a different thing.
