Do you consider St. Louis a Midwestern or Southern city?

To the original question - St. Louis has always been midwest to me. Knoxville isn't dramatically different as a southern city, but St. Louis just doesn't feel southern.
As for the pizza debate we're having, I'm with Dan in saying that my pizza needs to be freshly made and still hot. I'll eat pretty much any "brand" of pizza if it's just been cooked. But when you wait around and it gets lukewarm/cold, it just doesn't cut it for me.
