Exciting news for McDonalds!

I'm a little surprised because it would seem like there is more money in treating it then preventing it. I'm happy to hear it though, this could save a lot of lives, including mine.

well if you have the patent on the vaccine for the next few decades you have no worries about money.

Don't patents for RX drugs only last for a certain amount of years?

I did some research on the company. They were created in 2005 and this is their only drug. They don't have any labs, its basically a puppet company for the eventual distribution of any drug. It's being developed between a doctor at a 900 bed hospital in LA and another at some top100 university in Sweden. Color me skeptical.

And they said its pricetag will put it only into the most extreme risk cases, so don't think you'll be able to walk to Walmart in 20 years and get fixed.

Well it's a given that the medicine that actually works is only given to the wealthy.
