Anti glare glasses, do they work?
This may be a dumb question but I'm spending a lot more time in front of screens these days. I do a cad design, plus our farm is very computerized at this point. In the last 10 days or so leading up to planting season I've spend probably close to 80 hours in front of a screen of some kind. My eyes are paying for it. I can tell they are fatigued. Changing themes to "dark mode' seems to help, but it's not a cure all. I was wondering if anti glare glasses work? I'm willing to try anything. I'm sitting here tonight and was hoping to knock out another hour or so of work but my eyes are saying you are done for the day. Any help is appreciated.

I’ve never tried them, but I believe those blue light glasses do reduce the stress on your eyes from extended screen time.
