So I won this at a golf tournament yesterday, does anyone seem to know who this signature is?

Wow you are right, I spent all night looking up former Cardinals who had #39 and possible minor league guys coming up, why the hell would they give away an Aaron Harang autographed baseball at a tournament in St. Louis?
If anybody wants it I'll sell it to you for 50 bucks...
