Not saying that isn't a fact but I will never be convinced that the reason he didn't get charged with any was because of some rather friendly score keeping. Or the fact that he just didn't get a good enough read on the ball to get close enough to commit an error. Or like the time he just fell down in left here in St. Louis. Can't get an error if you trip over your own feet even though an average outfielder makes the play every time!

I had to look that one up because I couldn't believe. While it's close to being true, it's can be classified as FAKE NEWS. First episode was 1998 and it was set in 1976. Still close enough to feel old.
