I know that Corbyn has been critical of the EU in the past, but I'm not sure he'll force Labour to do one thing or the other.

I feel bad expressing an opinion about a situation I've not been part of for two years, but I'd vote Leave again. Like I said before, the separation process is difficult because it benefits certain groups of people to keep it difficult.

Yeah, when I was in London last year I got to see the House of Commons in session, which was incredibly easy to do. That day they were discussing prison reform, which wasn't exactly a hot topic, since there seems to be a consensus that they need to make some changes. The chamber was half-empty, but nonetheless there were a couple of those moments where the everybody in the chamber seemed to be doing that deep "Yeah" thing. Kinda a tourist thing to see, like Big Ben or the Tower of London.

Fascinating watching the UK approach a collective nervous breakdown here. The PM has lost all control. There is no Government at the moment. So out of character.

Not that an American should talk but still...

Meanwhile, the Europeans wonder WTF?!? On the Commons vote against a no-deal Brexit:
Quote:
'like Titanic voting for iceberg to move'

Quote:
“There are only two ways to leave the EU: with or without a deal. The EU is prepared for both. To take no deal off the table, it is not enough to vote against no deal – you have to agree to a deal. We have agreed a deal with the prime minister, and the EU is ready to sign it.”

LOL. What a disaster.

Tomorrow, the E.U. votes on whether or not to give Britain an extension. May wants one until June 20th. This is the latest they can go without having to participate in the E.U. elections. E.U. President Donald Tusk is offering two options: the end of the year or no deal. If Tusk cannot get the other E.U. countries to agree to something, Britain will crash out of the E.U. at 11PM British time on Friday with no deal.
