I really want to get into doing it. I've read a couple books but still haven't actually started yet. Have you tried it?

Yeah, I went to a Transcendental Meditation course last week (4 classes)...I'm surprised at how much I like it.

I had tried meditation before without instruction and always failed.

If you don't mind me asking, was it expensive?

What about past life regression?

My favorite part of this episode is the conversation between Laura the receptionist and Ben. The best segment is at 9:11.

Bonus: Mitch Hedberg is also featured.

Sorry. Not making light of meditation. I just think of this episode every time someone brings up meditation.

Yes, but the cost is for your life time.

The cost is near $1000 but that includes 4 courses in one week, then a follow up in 2 weeks then meeting once every few months and basically you can visit any Transcendental Meditation center in the world any time you need to if you want to refresh.

It's better if it's early morning without headphones...just you and the quiet world...it's a nice fit for me. Trail running is something that I'm looking to get into, Freed turned me on to that.
