Having lived in both Fayetteville which they put at #5 on the list and Little Rock which is probably about 900th, I can pretty easily say Little Rock is much more my cup of tea for countless reasons to the point that it made sense professionally for my wife to move to NWA and, eh, no thanks. She'd lived up there as well and we both prefer Little Rock...
