Ok. I need all of the IT think tank of GRB to help me and karp out here.. This is very strange that's happening to us. Since GRB moved to new server,we are not able to login to GRB at work. We are getting operation timeout error. I am 100% sure its not blocked. Is this because of new IP or something? Will creating a virtual IP help? I am just trying to understand what has happened here.

Do you work for a company that would have specific regions of the world blocked? Like I work at a bank, and the bulk of the network has any IPs coming from Nigeria blocked, because they've had several hacking attempts come from there.
So if the new server is like, in the U.K., or something like that, your server may have that string of IPs blocked for some reason or another.
