Who thinks that? No one thinks that. I assume it stopped (as I clearly said in the thread). I just don't think it's clear whether McQueary's role was active or passive in making it stop. Again, what is clear is that McQueary did not go to the police afterward. He also shared access to the PSU facilities with Sandusky after the incident. That doesn't and shouldn't sit well with anyone who reads it.
This entire sideline in the thread arose from people expressing disgust that McQueary allowed the act to continue. I personally don't think any less of a guy for not going and punching Sandusky, or whatever people wanted him to "actively" do to stop the rape, I just care that it was stopped.
Should he have called the police? Clearly. Should he have separated the kid from Sandusky? Sure, but people almost never function well in traumatic situations.
